Joining him in steering KLG’s success is Jatin Kumar, Managing Principal/CIO, who brings more than three decades of invaluable experience in the hospitality sector. His distinguished career includes managing extensive renovation projects across multiple states, affecting over 750 hotel rooms. Recognized by The Memphis Business Journal as one of the ‘Top 40 Under 40’ and a recipient of ‘The Downtown Vision Award,’ Kumar now leads a significant commercial real estate project in Memphis, enriching the city’s landscape with substantial retail and office developments.
