Leadership At KLG
Nitin Khanna, Managing Principal/CEO, boasts over 30 years of expertise in the hospitality industry. His adept leadership in operations, brand innovation, and asset revitalization has propelled the company to achieve significant profitability, managing assets worth over $170 million and generating revenues exceeding $50 million. A graduate of Les Roches and a Certified Hotel Administrator, Khanna has also contributed his vision and experience to various prestigious roles within the hospitality community, enhancing the industry’s standards and practices.
Joining him in steering KLG’s success is Jatin Kumar, Managing Principal/CIO, who brings more than three decades of invaluable experience in the hospitality sector. His distinguished career includes managing extensive renovation projects across multiple states, affecting over 750 hotel rooms. Recognized by The Memphis Business Journal as one of the ‘Top 40 Under 40’ and a recipient of ‘The Downtown Vision Award,’ Kumar now leads a significant commercial real estate project in Memphis, enriching the city’s landscape with substantial retail and office developments.
